Service Agreement

1. Subject and Scope

2. Service Fee and Payment (If Applicable)

3. Right of Withdrawal and Refund Conditions

• 3.1. In accordance with consumer legislation, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for digital services performed instantly or for products/services customized for the individual.

• 3.2. For other services, the right of withdrawal and refund processes are subject to the specific terms specified at the time of purchase and the distance selling legislation.

4. Limitation of Liability

HEB Turkey cannot be held responsible for any disruption or delay in service due to force majeure events (infrastructure failures, natural disasters, cyberattacks, etc.).
