User Agreement

1. Parties and Definitions

This User Agreement ("Agreement") is concluded between [Full Company Title] (hereinafter referred to as "HEB Turkey") and the user ("User") who becomes a member of or visits the website located at [hebturkey.com] ("Site").

2. Subject of the Agreement

The subject of this Agreement is to determine the terms and conditions for the User to benefit from the services offered by HEB Turkey through the Site, as well as to define the rights and obligations of the parties.

3. Rights and Obligations of the Parties

  • 3.1. The User agrees and undertakes that while using the Site, they will act in compliance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey, moral rules, and principles of integrity.

  • 3.2. The User declares and guarantees that the personal and other miscellaneous information provided while creating a membership is accurate before the law, and that they will fully and immediately indemnify HEB Turkey for all damages incurred due to the untruthfulness of this information.

  • 3.3. HEB Turkey does not guarantee that the Site will operate uninterrupted or error-free. It reserves the right to perform updates, maintenance, and changes on the Site at any time.

  • 3.4. The design, software, logo, and all content of the Site belong to HEB Turkey and are protected under intellectual property law. They cannot be copied or used without prior authorization.

4. Termination of the Agreement

Either party may terminate this Agreement unilaterally at any time. In the event that the User cancels their membership or acts in violation of the Agreement, HEB Turkey reserves the right to suspend or terminate the membership.
